To offer your Classic Car or Property for Hire to TV & Film, please follow these instructions.

There is a one-time registration fee of £25.00 for listing vehicles and property on the TV Talent Supermarket site. This is a one off payment and the car/property will remain available for hire for as long as you want it too.

What information we need from you

Car / Property Description.  For Vehicles - Make, model, year, condition and any special features - For Property - Age, period, size, parking and other facilities and if you are willing to offer catering

Photographs.  Up to 7 photographs - showing different angles. Include of interest close up shots only.

Your full contact information. Including mobile phone, location and any specifics like availability. 

We'll create an online profile once we have received full payment and the above information

Previously Asked Questions

1. Would I be expected to drive it and supervise its use ?
Vehicles are normally delivered to location. It is up to you whether you stay with the car during filming etc. If this is a requirement of the hire we agree an additional rate for your service.
Mileage to/from the location is calculated at 40ppm

2. What Insurance Cover would I need ? And what happens if it is damaged ?
Hirer's are insured for any damage to the car and any damage to the vehicle will be covered. We advise that you also inform your insurer during the hire period

3. Would I get the full payment of the hire fee or do you take a cut of it ?
Our commission is 20% of any hire fee.

5. Are any Expenses paid , IE fuel costs , etc etc ?
Mileage to/from location as above

6. What happens in the event of a breakdown ?
You must make every effort to get to the location. You will have contact with the hirer who must be informed of any delay as well as TV Talent Supermarket.

7. Do you contact me direct and what notice do you give if a vehicle is needed ?
Yes we contact you with hire details and check availability of the vehicle. If you agree we then agree terms with the hirer on your behalf and finalise the hire.

8. How long does the vehicle stay on your site for ?
Vehicles are listed indefinitely until you request removal or you advise that you no longer own the vehicle.
