Christine Thompson-Wells is a trained teacher with a triple psychology major. She has written and been published in international magazines, guest speaker on BBC Radio and many other radio programmes. Featured in Mail on Sunday, Sunday Express, Financial Times, Daily Mirror, Prima Magazine, Company Magazine, The Book Seller and many other publications.

It was during her time in her last business in Australia and through a change of government and a change in government policy that the national capital of Australia, Canberra, was plunged into recession. The new Liberal government 'axed' 10,000 public service (civil service) jobs. This led to job redundancies, relocation of some employees, non- renewal of government contracts, non-replacement of staff through natural attrition and the complete closure of some government departments.

The government actions led to a mental paralysis within the small community; this paralysis led Christine to look more closely at the way people mentally work with their money systems and the physiological changes that happen to people when they are faced with fear: fear of the future, of not enough and indeed, of their very survival.

Through the dark days, Christine was also made bankrupt but the bankruptcy only made her more determined to seek answers to the way that money works in our communities: through the banking and plastic card systems, management of debt, how to work through debt while still focusing on the future and more.

Her books are an enlightening approach to Money Psychology, '...without psychology, money would not work at all...' she says.

Christine's books are not only written for adults but also for children. Her books for adults include: 39 Steps & 39 Days to Debt Recovery and Making Cash Flow. Another five adult books are are due for release during 2009.

Fun in story telling is how Christine captures the imagination of the young reader. With the first two stories of Will Jones' being distributed throughout the sub-continent of India and the UK and a further six books on Wills' Space Adventures still to come out makes for an exciting future. The child reader becomes aware of money and how important it is to work, as Will Jones' works throughout his adventures on many planets and with many space people. The books are not only exciting adventures but have a purpose: they teach children through fun story telling how to work with money, the importance of ethics, morality and ethnicity and much more.

All of Christine's books have been in research and development for the last ten years and are available through: www.planet-press.biz
