Rita Sangha is the UK’s only “Cougar Coach” and “Expert in Younger Love”, as featured recently on GMTV, NOW magazine, Grazia, The Sun, BBC Radio Manchester, BBC Radio London and in 2008 on the San Diego “Living” show in the USA.
Rita will be featured in Fabulous Magazine this December and is currently filming a BBC 1 Inside Out feature
She runs nationwide events in the UK and coaches “Cougars” including running “Cougar Camps”. They teach women all about dating younger men including where to meet and how to best handle them.
Rita is an accomplished Life Coach with a Certificate and Diploma in Coaching and has had the pleasure of working with the well-respected European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). She is also member of the globally recognised International Coaching Federation (ICF). Rita also has a rich and diverse background in the business world, having a wealth of practise in Human Resources, Sales and Accountancy.
Rita says, “I ask all the right questions of these Women who are Reinventing Romance, daring to be different, asking who made the rules anyway and who says what is normal?”
According to an online dating service there has been 20% growth in the last twelve months of the number of older women looking to meet a younger man.
There are already TV formats being produced in the US for this new and exciting genre. Rita is happy to discuss ideas and opportunities.
