About me:    

I was a conveyancer (property lawyer) for 25 years; I am now a Home Information Pack (HIP) provider. I have helped over 10,000 people move home successfully and have a large number of contacts in the property world, including senior people at The Law Society and the National Association of Estate Agents, amongst others. I am well known for my forward thinking views (unusual for a lawyer!) on the way property transactions could be made easier and quicker and have no time for the entrenched views many property professionals take.

Brief Synopsis:   

We have a number of property programs that concentrate on buying, selling and renovation and design. What we don’t have is a property program that examines the various links in a property chain to establish why delays happen and why moving home are nearly as stressful as death or divorce. A detailed look at what, or who (agent, lawyer, lender etc) is causing the delays and a suggested solution to resolving those issues would be very beneficial for the general public.

A straight talking trouble shooting type of presenter would make the program both interesting and entertaining.
