Caroline is the founder of MyPartnerisDepressed.com. She is a hypnotherapist, life coach, and author with over 25 years experience helping people to feel better, make changes and cope confidently in challenging situations.
She maintains that as depression and/or anxiety touch most people's lives at some point – either directly, or indirectly, it is important that everyone knows something about them.
Caroline has personal experience of anxiety and living with a depressed partner, giving her valuable first-hand knowledge of how deeply these issues can blight peoples’ lives.
Caroline has been a clinical hypnotherapist and life coach for seven years. Prior to this she worked within the criminal justice system: in prisons - where she taught life skills and drama, and the probation service - working with men and women to address their offending behaviour via groupwork, and one-to-one. Caroline also taught drama in schools for a time, having worked professionally in the theatre and television, prior to having children herself.
Her experience has shown her how and where so many emotional issues and challenges can begin, and she is exceptionally well-placed to help those who wish to overcome them. She is positive and bubbly, with a great sense of humour, and always takes a common-sense, down-to-earth approach.
