Established in January 2009, we are different from the traditional talent agency. Formed by a TV presenter who knows just how hard it is to get the break into TV, but also knows how to do it...we're active, we're creative and we don't just wait for the phone to ring!

We already have a reputation for finding great talent, creating ideas, programme formats and getting things done. With a team of highly experienced media experts we take on well known TV faces as well as new presenters and experts looking to get the break into TV.  We also handle the hire of classic cars, antiques and property. We are constantly talking to TV Executives and Producers, so are ideally placed to provide exactly what TV execs are looking for.

We are what it says on the can...a TV Talent Supermarket...so whether you're a known TV presenter looking for fresh and energetic representation, a producer looking to hire a classic Mercedes or an unknown chef with the passion and drive to make it onto TV...we want to hear from you.  

How do we work?

We are out and about within the industry networking and filming - we're also here, on the end of a phone talking to TV companies, TV producers and all the main Broadcasters - we're finding talent for them, finding out what programmes are being commissioned and generally networking through our contacts in TV, creating programme ideas, as well as spending tens of thousands of pounds on advertising and marketing the agency and all of its talent to the world of TV and Film. We send out over 2000 emails a week with talent updates and news to our contacts in TV and the media - we also advertise regularly in trade publications, like Broadcast Magazine...so, we're active, we're cheeky, creative and we make things happen.  

Our TV presenter / expert commission rate for all TV, media, newspaper and magazine features is a standard 15% of anything we handle...you do need to know however that if you're new to the industry, then TV producers and programmes will more than likely expect you to offer your expertise for free initially while you prove yourself and we build your profile and reputation...We earn nothing out of this, but we'll arrange this work for you, in the hope you become the next big thing - we only earn when you're earning, so its vital that you have the right aptitude and work ethic to make it in TV - we don't want Diva's, moaners, groaners or lazy day dreamers...we want passionate people with their own special kind of talent, that we think can make a career in TV, earn a great living from it and earn us our 15% commission.

We're always happy to offer on-going advice, but we can only do this for talent registered with us.
